Hurricane Creek Park, located in east Tuscaloosa above the waters of Hurricane Creek, has 5 miles of brand new trails welcoming hikers, walkers and bikers of all ages and skill levels. Whether it be a relaxing ride with friends, or a thrilling adventure, Hurricane Creek has something for everyone.

Cut through beautiful woodlands on a ridge overlooking the creek, the trails offer scenic views of wild Alabama nature. For weekend rides for the whole family to challenging exercise to pure adrenalin, the Trails of Hurricane Creek are for you.

The North Loop and South Loop are designed to be easy and beginner friendly. The Entrance Trail and the APCO Road are a bit more difficult due to short steep climbs. More trails will be added soon. I usually ride the North and South loops twice, sometimes three times, changing direction with each loop.
