Description

Just past the top of the Town Lift, pick up the well-signed Jenni's trail to the right. Duck into the trees to start this gentle romp on wide, smooth switchbacks that cross numerous ski runs. The grade is so gradual, you'll hardly realize you're going downhill.

Enjoy the abundant wildflowers and shady aspen groves, but keep a sharp lookout... this is a multi-use trail popular with ascending/descending hikers and bikers.

This one is appropriate for new bikers making the transition between green and blue trails. Don't be discouraged by the short uphill middle section of Jenni's, it's non-technical and easily conquered.

SPECIAL NOTE: Although the paper maps show Jenni's continuing all the way to the base of the ski area, it's closed to downhill biking below the junction of Jenni's and Crescent Mine Grade (uphill biking is OK). A large sign at the 4-way junction explains that downhill bikers must take the sharp right hairpin onto Crescent Mine Grade to get to the bottom.
