Overview
This is a nice singletrack ride about half an hour drive north of Bonners Ferry, ID. It was designed and created by mountain bikers and has some great little features on it. After your ride, you can go hangout by the lake or take a refreshing swim.
Description
About 50 feet from the beginning there is a trail split. The older trail heads left and just goes up the hill a couple hundred yards to where the new trail meets it again. If you go right instead, there is a newer section of trail with some fun little features.
There are some large rocks to go up and over and one cut log to ride. After about a quarter mile it meets up with the older trail again; head right to continue around the loop. Soon after getting on the main trail again it peaks out on the main climb and has some fun flowing corners down the other side. About half way through the loop there are a couple more cut logs to ride and a teeter-totter. Continue on the loop and you'll ride along the lake for the last section.
At the end of the lake you'll head right and cross a creek. After crossing the creek you get to the campground. From there the trail meanders around and has some larger rocks to ride over as you get back to the trailhead.
