Description

This is a trail for when you are in the area and can't get to a better one. It's a multi-use trail that meanders through pine flatwoods. On the plus side, the trail is well-marked and there are many secondary paths splitting off from the main one. A good map is available at the ranger station, so getting lost shouldn't be a problem.

Unfortunately, most of the ride consists of wide avenues of soft sand wandering through unchanging scenery. The occasional group of wild pigs rooting about make the trail even softer in places. Fat bikes may find a home here, however.

There are some nice picnic pavilions around a small lake, but unless you're there for a company picnic or whatnot, and want to get away for a while, there are better places to spend your off-road cycling time.
