Description

The name of this trail is a bit misleading. Climbing the trail is a BAD idea. The track is narrow and you'll be climbing against a fast downhill with switchback sections at the top of the trail. A typical loop would be to descend this section of trail. Note: posted downhill riders have the right of way in this area. Posted rules are at top and bottom of this ride (HUGE SIGN). The top of this trail connects with the Fireroad Connector from Angel's Crest Trail to Tower Climb Trail. The posted speed limit is 10 MPH on this trail, unless you're on your brakes the entire section, you'll not be able to maintain that speed. Some sections of this trail have steep drop-offs. It's a fun downhill ride to Carson Creek Trail.

746 ft ascent and descent. Some sharp turns and areas with cliff/hill edges. Some small rock garden areas. Beautiful scenery in the spring!
