Description

Start at the end of the paved Los Alamos Mesa Trail and head east into the brushy vegetation. The trail goes in and out of vegetation and then becomes narrow alongside the chain link fence for the Los Alamos County Airport.

The trail dips sharply down after the airport hangers and then passes Zipline Trail on the left. Continue to the end of the airport fence and then wrap around the airport and head back west towards the Los Alamos Coop Market.
