Description
Start out on the
Narrows Bluff Trail and take a right turn just about a mile into the
Narrows Bluff Trail. Toadstool starts out fairly flat, but has large sweeping turns and curves to keep it interesting. At about 1.5 miles you'll come across an intersection that you can take to connect back into the
Narrows Bluff Trail at the portage (stairs between the rocks), or keep on going straight to continue on Toadstool.
This next section of Toadstool twists and turns through some more rolling terrain with a couple of mild technical sections until you begin the descent. The descent is a ripping good time and will get you down quickly as it switchbacks down the hillside. Keep a lookout for the alternate lines as you are heading down. You'll eventually run into a T intersection where you have the option to go right and head to Sandy Beach or go left and take the
Narrows Bluff Trail back to where you started.
