Description

After the bridge, beyond the dam at Pendleton Lake, continue straight to ride the loop of Dobbin House Trail. Soon after the first bridge, you'll cross another wooden bridge and then you'll reach the trail to Pase Point heading off to the left. Take this short trail out and back to get a view of Blackwater canyon.

Upon returning, look for Dobbin House running up the hill into the forest (note, to stay on Dobbin House you need to avoid taking Pase Point trail which runs along the canyon wall). Next you'll reach a junction with Brads and the New trail. Take a right turn to stay on Dobbin House. This direction will quickly take you to Woodcock where you turn left. You'll then take the next right at which point the Dobbin House trail will bring you out to an obvious property boundary. You'll now ride along the boundary on a root-filled section that has a couple of short, steep down-and-back-ups that present a challenge. The exit finishing the loop takes you down a small hill with the lake visible on your left.
