Description

Optimator is a fun 2.5-mile trail that winds around Multorpor Mountain on a singletrack with ups and downs. It can be done clockwise or counter-clockwise. If you start at the Hurricane Bike Rental location, take Summit Trail #691 or Lake Road, then connect with Optimator and head around Multorpor (combination of Multnomah County, Oregon and Portland) Mountain. Then climb up the Powerline Trail and loop back around on the Summit Trail #691. It can also be done by taking the Summit Trail #691 all the way over to the Powerline, heading down the Powerline and connecting with the Optimator going clockwise and returning back on the Summit Trail #691.
