This is NOT a death-defying trail. However, if you don't have a good comfort level with really steep side slope or riding at the edge of a sheer drop occasionally, then you might want to skip this trail.
That being said, this is a very cool one-way only trail with some real exposure and two narrow bridges that cross some gaps in the bluff face. It isn't overly challenging from a physical standpoint, but you need to be a good bike handler. You are also pretty far from the highway so this trail has some great views and backcountry feel to it. The trail starts and ends near the intersection of Yellow Jacket and Upper Hermosa.
