Bumpies is a classic motorcycle route on the backside. It is key to access this trail from its current starting location and respect the private property surrounding the trail. There have been some past entrances that cross near old cabins that should be avoided so make sure to start at the location on the map.

The trail is best done as a loop with Eagleson Rd. to climb back up the Ridge Rd. The trail starts out steep and loose and very rocky. You'll be bouncing around quite a bit, where the trail starts to flatten out you'll find some sizable whoops to blow through or jump through plus some exposure. After recent moisture the whoops can have some rather large puddles in between them so be ready to get wet if has recently rained. If you are used to the more tame foothills trails then this is going to be whole new experience so be prepared for the unexpected.

The trail finishes on Eagleson Rd right near Clear Creek Rd. Climb back up Eagleson Rd to get back to the start.
