This trail gets mostly ATV and equestrian use. I rode it when a fire prevented me from getting to the White Pine trails. You basically pedal up to a ridge where the trail pretty much disappears, then turn around and ride back down. There are some pretty fun sections once you get off the fire road and onto the ATV trail. However, on the fun sections you have to regularly duck branches when you ride in the OHV tracks. The fire road portion is very tame though. The trails out of White Pine are better, but if you want to try something different, or can't get out to White Pine, give this a shot. There are other ride options from this trailhead as well.
