Description

Park in big gravel lot to the left before crossing the bridge into Sinks Canyon Center. Begin your ride by crossing over the bridge and turning left. Follow singletrack along the Popo Agie River. Crossing a small bridge and make a right turn to ascend to an intersection. Stay right and cross a second bridge before an old barn.

Hang left to head into a large field with a climbing wall. Stay along the right side of the field and look for trail sign. Follow the trail for a few hundred meters to two track, make a left onto two track then right, onto a small ridge along a canal. The trail follows the canal into the cottonwoods where it drops down off the ridge and crosses a small bridge over irrigation piping, into a corridor through the cottonwoods. Descend towards dirt road, and make a left along a road to return to start. A nice trail for kids and first-time mountain bikers.
