Description

Intersecting with Middle Mountain on its upper end, Salt Stump is a fast descent through big trees and dense forest. Bears can be seen/found on the upper parts of the trail, so keep your eyes peeled for them. On the lower end, the trail connects with Laurel View and Pine Tree Trail.

It is blazed Orange.

Access info: From Middle Mountain at the top and then Pine Tree Trail, Laurel View, Backway Hollow Trail on the way down and Beaver Dam Campground at the bottom.
