Description

Ride 1.45 miles up Sidewinder Road from the Sidewinder/Witches Canyon Parking Lot. Turn right and go through the wooden fence onto the Wild Horse Trail. The first 0.10 mile is on an old 2 track. Turn right at the wooden fence onto the singletrack. The first 0.63 miles is a gradual climb across an open area.

At 0.63 miles the trail intersects with the 2 track which is blocked off going east. Stay right for a short distance and the singletrack will pick up again to the left. The trail continues up a drainage and climbs through a smaller open area. At 0.85 miles, you'll enter a technical rocky section that will test your bike handling skills.

The trail tops out at 1.15 miles. Follow the trail south and take a left on another old two track. As you descend, you'll encounter numerous rocky sections. At mile 1.55 you'll ride out of the rocky sections and cruise back to the west trailhead on Sidewinder Road.
