Description

This trail starts at the old Sawyer Ridge Lookout that does not exist anymore. You'll have some fast descending for most of the route since the trail is steep coming off the summit. You'll follow the ridgeline for a ways until you hit Marble Point and then from there you'll drop down steeply into a creek drainage.

Once in the drainage you'll follow the creek all the way out. The entire trail is in thick tree cover and will cut through some old logging areas. This trail is usually maintained on a yearly basis and bridges were install down on the creek in 2007 so you should be able to keep your feet dry.
