Description

This trail is best used as a shuttle run from the top to the bottom. You can catch a shuttle ride from many of the local bike/guide shops in Chiang Mai, or you can get your own 'RED' taxi to shuttle you up the highway towards the summit of Doi Suthep.

This trail shares the top and bottom sections with the regular ATV trail, but the trail characteristics are very different in between. Take a left turn off the main trail and follow fast and smooth singletrack to a small creek. After this crossing, you might need to push your bike up the bank on the other side of the creek. That's ok, push away, and continue down an endless series of small to medium-sized steps and drops on the other side of the crossing that will have you grinning ear to ear.
