Description

The Golden Spike Trail is old-school Moab. It's a 4x4 route accessed from Poison Spider or Gold Bar Rim Road.

The entire route follows along sloping sandstone with an endless helping of ledges. Expect to be out of the saddle most of the time as you alternate between drop-offs and steep, punchy uphills.

Overall, the route is a rock lover's dream with about seven miles of challenging, hard-hitting technical riding.
