Pepper Ranch is a seasonal trail. It is open to the public October through June on Friday, Saturday & Sunday from 9 am to 4 pm.
Visitors must check in at the campground office to ride. No parking fee.
For current information on open dates please check the Collier County
website.
Description
Starting out in the main parking lot, head over the bridge to the west. The trail winds through natural settings for approximately one mile. Pay attention to trail disc markings on trees as the trail can get covered in pine needles at times.
The trail can be soft at times as it is a newer trail winding close to some marsh areas. After about a mile, you'll come out on a doubletrack road. Follow the signage to the left and onto a small berm trail just to the left of the doubletrack.
This will lead you, after about 0.2 miles, across another bridge to an intersection and the start of
Black Bear Berm straight ahead. If you wish to go back to the trailhead, make a left down the doubletrack to the left.
