The Post Canyon Recreation Area is a multi-use trail network formed of Hood River County property and a patchwork of State Park, USDA Forest Service, and private land. The area is also an ongoing tree farm operation, so be aware of potential closures. Expect traffic in both directions and yield to hikers and equestrian riders.

Description

Flow On is a short, but aggressive, flow jump trail that riots down from Middle School to the Seven Streams (100) Trail across from Kleeway. While you'll find smooth turns and table tops, the deep bike-park berms and steep sweep of the descent makes for a rowdy rip that requires some commitment to stretch out and clean the jumps.

Although this can be more easily accessed, newer riders should take a spin on Kleeway before rolling down Flow On.
