This rocky terrain trail winds its way through hardwood forest and conifer plantations near the Niagara Escarpment with singletrack and wide forest access road. Visitors will see frequent outcrops of bedrock and a diversity of ferns and wildflowers.

Keep in mind, the rocks can get slippery when wet.

The Bruce Trail runs through this area and is off-limits to cyclists, so be sure to keep an eye out.

Parking is available at the dead end of Concession Rd. 3. Access the trails through the gate, following the power line.

Through the gate, following the power line, the trail begins on the left. Watch for the signs and maps at the intersections. Sometimes the trails are overgrown.

The ride follows the Forest Loop to the intersection. Take a right onto the Interior Loop and return to the power line trail and head left. Take a right onto the Lower Loop and follow that back to the Interior Loop. Turn right and continue down the Interior Loop back to the Forest Loop, and turn right. Follow the Forest Loop back to the Power Line Trail, and follow the Power Line Trail back to the parking lot.

While none of the routes is too strenuous or difficult, there will be enough features to keep things interesting. The area is characterized by rolling terrain, and rocks and roots should be expected along the way. This route is a very pleasant way to get around the park, and riders of all ability levels will enjoy this area!
