Description

The signs at both the east and west entrances to this trail are easy to miss, but the trail is right under the power line which is not easy to miss.

The trail was an old road but has now been reclaimed by the desert into singletrack and is even ill-defined in places; your shins will likely make friends with at least one cactus.

Overall, It's not technical and it makes part of a nice route with the Papalote Encino Trail that can be ridden from the Sauceda ranger station if you don't have time for the EPIC ride or are looking for something to do from the park interior.
