Cheaha Express (also sometimes called Mountain Express) starts near the Bald Rock Parking Area and follows some rolling terrain down the east side of the park to end near the park's entrance. The trail is marked by yellow blazes and can be accessed at a couple of different points. The trail is a nice combination of smooth, fast singletrack and rocky, technical sections that provide a bit more challenge.

The trail was designed for bikers, but is also open to hiking.
