This trail forms a major piece of the Payette Rim Loop featured ride. Starting from FS 837 Church Camp road, this super-fun singletrack winds through the Ponderosa pines and high grass meadows. The singletrack climbs steadily up to a significant creek crossing. In the current iteration, keep climbing after the creek to get to a mellow climbing singletrack with great views of the valley. Turn around at any point for a really fun out-and-back. Alternately, follow the directions for the Payette Rim Loop and climb FS 451 to FS 459 Red Gate Road and ride the singletrack as a downhill back down to Church Camp.
