Description

The North Ridge Trail is a ranch road that travels from the parking area up a ridgeline. On the way up, the North Ridge Trail is a steady grind, but there are nice forest scenes to enjoy.

In the wet seasons, look on the south side of the trail for an assortment of moss and mushrooms dotting the way. At the top is the intersection with the Ridge Trail and Pond Trail.

On the way down, the North Ridge Trail offers a fast descent with good views to the west. Just watch your speed as the entire area is popular with hikers, runners, and equestrians.
