Description

This young trail parallels Atomic Dog and starts off of the same logging road that Unemployment Line feeds onto. The upper section isn't especially steep, but the grade quickly increases as the trail proceeds. There's a nice rough and raw flavor to the scattered roots and trail work. There are also some aggressive doubles if you're looking to catch air. You'll have to hit them fast or plan on rolling through them slowly, mid-speed isn't great.

As it works down to the edge of the clearcut, the singletrack is narrow and noticeably looser. Riders will continue through a few turns before a sharp right leads to the signature rock roll. It's big, steep, and you'll probably want to lift your front tire off at the very bottom for a smoother transition. It also requires you to ride up a dirt ramp onto the crest, before plunging down a "touch" to the left (it's worth scoping out first as you don't want to roll down the wrong way).

The run-out is fast and loose as it works through the rolls and tight turns that soon connects onto Lair of the Bear. Continue straight till that feeds onto Atomic Dog to return riders to the Tower Road.

Tights loose and natural. This a cool line. The roll is technical with a poor transition. Lots of back wheel wilding.
