Description

Upper Creek Trail starts near the lower parking lot for the Water Dog trail system. This parking lot is also shown as for the Hidden Valley Open Space Preserve.

The trail makes a left turn off the initial paved section. At the first switchback, keep right to pass the southern ned of the Raccoon Run Trail. From there, the singletrack gradually climbs and meanders along the hillside. The grade is pretty consistent with a couple of short and slightly steeper parts.

Just prior to the top, stay right and then left to avoid going down the Finch Trail. The trail ends at Hastings Drive.

Mostly dry and I'm good shape. Hooked it up with Rambler and then down Chaparral which was a bit muddy at the base. 2mi — 1h 00m
