Prevalence of rocky schist can cause flats to even the gnarliest of tires.

Description

Antennas begins very close to the highest point of Pillar Mountain. This steep trail descends an old and very rocky doubletrack before ending on an overlook of the Pillar Mountain Road. Antennas provides a fun, fast warm-up and quick access to the singletrack trail system below. Riders should beware of the sharp schist rock prevalent on the trail that has been known to cause flats. The trail includes several drop-offs and natural jumps.
