This is just a paved trail to get you from one part of the park to another. It allows you to park closer to either end of the park and still hit all the goodness. Most people park at 'The Tennis Courts' or 'Alex George Lake' parking lots.

Now that the trails are stretching farther north, you can park at the 95th street ball fields as well. Some people call that the 'North Closure' as it is the northern part of Blue River Road that was closed down a long time ago due to a sinkhole.
