Description

Despite the milder grade, the first portion of this trail is one big rock sprawl that is very difficult and riders would do better to follow the Tuscarora - Pond Run Cutoff to bypass. Where the trail feeds onto the ridge to connect the Halfmoon Trail it becomes enjoyable. Then it continues to drop off the ridge down the hollow for a number of large rock moves and several difficult creek crossings to make things challenging.
