Description

As the name suggests, this was originally a snowshoeing trail. However, this west side of the loop has been upgraded to an all-season multi-use trail. Nevertheless, it is not as well used in the summer months and can get a little overgrown. It also has some fairly punishing punchy pitches as it climbs aggressively from the start, but it's not a bad way to head to Disconnect.

The trail is accessed from Telephone Loop (East) (the more easterly access ramp from the parking area), although you can also hop across from Whitetail Link where the trails briefly converge. If you're coming from Telephone, keep right at this point.

After the initial singletrack climb, the trail joins an old seismic line for a bit. Keep left where the trail converges with the Hostel Loop ski trail and continue on the old exploration road for 650m. Keep right at the fork with Demi-Tel, back onto winding singletrack.
