Description

Park at the visitors center in Richwood (at the red depot). The first 6 miles of the trail run through town (adjacent to private property along the Cherry River) before crossing Hwy 55 and entering the Monongahela National Forest. To access the most scenic section of the trail, park at the Holcomb Trailhead. The trail includes a 640-foot curving tunnel one mile from the end.
