The official address for start/parking: Stedelijke sporthal, Demervallei 8, 3200 Aarschot, België.
You can also start at the "Wolf Cafe" (Langdorpsesteenweg 297, 3201 Langdorp). There are parking spots and picnik benches available. If you start here you skip the part along Demer and the length of the trail is just 17km.
