Description

Trail starts on the lower leg of Rock & Roll / NICA Race Loop. After crossing the bridge, turn right and pedal uphill. The trail will eventually merge onto the old driveway / road leading to the historic Hovermale Family Homestead.

After crossing a large wet bog, turn right and go uphill on the singletrack. Continue past the old homestead (big open space, nothing left there) and drop down into a really cool grove of Shagbark Hickory trees. Cross the small stream and flow downhill on an unusual sandy bench-cut trail that flows through a moss-covered bank.
