If you are tired of the regular loop at Skidaway, this old extension will add mileage and views to your trek. After a good rain, or at really high tides, there are a good handful of soggy sections. However, it's still worthwhile to venture out.

There are four fun wood bridge crossings, about a dozen 4-7 foot mounds to climb up and roll down, as well as an old dock that goes to nowhere other than to treat you to a great view of the marsh.

The end of the trail crosses the road and dumps you in the middle of the original loop.
