This half loop allows riders to connect the Electric Hills Upper Trialhead to the Power Up Trail in Linscott Canyon. From the Upper Trailhead, go uphill on C.R. 90 for about 1/2 mile, then take a left onto a rough dirt road. About 100 yards past the water crossing for the seasonal (ditch-fed) waterfall, head left to the mesa edge.

Singletrack starts here, at the north end of Amp Ridge Trail Follow the mellow trail as it meanders along the mesa edge. At its end the trail takes a sharp right through a camping area to the Power Up Trail descent. Be careful of cactus.
