Need to Know

Be prepared for a lot of exposure but if you can handle that, it is well worth it for its incredibly beautiful views of the mountains surrounding.

Description

Upper Calico is a punishing ride. It is not the easiest to loop but is most often done via West Falls Creek or East Falls Creek.

It is a rather technical trail by terrain itself as well as its punches on climbs throughout. The terrain is tight singletrack loaded with small rocks and quite loose.

Although it has punchy climbs, the descents following it are quite fun. A very fun connection is finishing Upper Calico and then dropping into Lower Calico if ripping technical descents are your thing.

Check description for Lower Calico but it is a very fun trail for the gravity-orientated riders.
