Overview
Incredible ride with several add on options depending on time and skill.
Need to Know
Plenty of parking at Woodward
Description
From the Woodward parking lot, head up on the dirt path towards the dog pond (it will be on your right) and head east on Millennium paved path. At about .2 miles you'll see
Gorgoza Park Trail on your right. You'll wind up with a lot of switchbacks over 2 miles. Nothing too technical, just a steady climb. As you get closer to the UP junction, you'll get into some trees. Note -
Gorgoza Park Trail is a bidirectional trail so be on the lookout for riders coming down.
When you reach
The UP Trail junction, take a left. You only have about a half mile mellow climb up to the downhill trail intersection. Once you get to the top you'll see a few different options. For your first lap, head straight and you'll see
Pale Green Dot to the left at the Y. Have some fun riding the 1 mile flowy downhill. This is the easiest of the 3 downhill options.
When you get to the bottom it will run into
The UP Trail, take it back up and on the second lap go to the right at the Y and take
Road to Arcylon down. A more advanced trail with more technical features than
Pale Green Dot, most have ride arounds so it's still get a great option for intermediate riders.
Once you get to the bottom of
Road to Arcylon, take
The UP Trail back up about a half mile to the
Gorgoza Park Trail junction, take a left on
Gorgoza Park Trail and head back down.
