Description

Grafton Wash trail continues east from the eastern end of Gander. As it drops down the bottom of the valley the trail can be difficult to follow for awhile, but there are rock cairns marking the route. The trail becomes more obviously again as it climbs relatively steeply up switchbacks to the mesa rim on the eastern side, which for most riders will involve multiple sections of hike-a-bike interspersed with short managable sections.
