Description

There are a couple of short, moderate/beginner technical sections, and a few short sandy sections. Begins at the trailhead as a singletrack, but soon turns into a wide doubletrack. Incredible views of Pine Valley mountain, St George, and the surrounding desertscape. Frequented by hikers, runners, horses, etc.. Not a huge MTB attraction due to it being mostly flat, and sandy sections. Most fun after a rainstorm, before the sand dries out too much.

Pioneer Hills. Watch for this marker and turn right, shortly after the trailhead. Most people pass it, to continue on an unsanctioned trail, but this is the real trail, and is more fun anyway.
