This is a fabulous loop with the perfect amount of doable technical challenge on both the climb and the descent and the views are incredible.

Park just off Swan Hwy 83 by the Laughing Horse Lounge where you'll start and finish the loop.

Start riding back North on Hwy 83 until you take a right on the Sixmile FS Rd 9508 and climb to the Sixmile Mountain Trailhead. Climb the Sixmile Mountain trail all the way to the peak or you can decide to start the downhill when you reach the Alpine Trail #7 junction. Descend from the peak or take the Alpine Trail #7 section until you reach the Hall Lake Trail #61. Once you finish the Hall Lake descent and spill out into the parking lot, take the road down to Fenby Lane and back to your car parked on Hwy 83.
