This trail is accessed from the Old Baldy Trail System. You can start at Old Baldy TrailHead via Old Baldy West or Old Baldy East Trail.

Description

No ride or hike of the Old Baldy Trail would be complete without a quick jaunt up to Old Baldy Summit. Climb the steep technical trail to be rewarded with some of the best views in the northern Black Hills. Aspen groves, pine forest, and bugling elk are all in store for you. Take your time at the top of the mountain before enjoying a fast technical descent back down.
