You can park at the gate about 1/4 mile up the gravel road.

Description

Pony Express starts off the cul de sac at the end of Pony Express Lane. While not a technical ride the first section of the road is fairly steep. The Pony Express ends at a gate into private property, but provides access to the hiking trail to the top of Lookout Mountain or many of the other trails.
