Right side is a local favorite. The route finding can be a bit tricky. From the first Tinton Trail cross fs 134 and follow the gravel road into the USFS Work Station. You'll find a singletrack to the left of the cattle guard. Continue left paralleling the road until the singletrack continues straight as the road veers right.

A short climb leads to a rocky ridge. Descend into a drainage, crossing an intermittent creek. At the wood bridge the loop begins and can be ridden in either direction.
