Nice flowy sections of trail are common around one of the many fingers of the reservoir.
In the summer the flowers along the trail are awesome. The Rocky Mountain Columbine was designated the official state flower of Colorado in 1899 after winning the vote of Colorado's school children.
Riding through the burn is actually a cool experience.
