Trail between north and south peaks is rough but not excessively steep
Beginning descent of the west escarpment
The trail narrows as it descends the west escarpment, with a steep cross slope and lots of pedal grabbing rocks
An ancient landslide has altered the north end of the Cerro. This section of trail (center of photo) will require most riders to walk and in a few spots carry their bikes
Once on the basalt the silt is gone but replaced with basalt baby heads in abundance. The trail is wide but rough in this area,
