POW Plan B - go left to avoid the kinda steep direct descent. Personally I prefer the direct route. Plan B has a couple switchbacks with some rutty washed out areas and is uncharacteristic of the rest of the trail.

Par None Trail ride right to avoid the small hill or just crank a little speed and coast it.
POW Parking Area and trailhead with information kiosk.
