Despite gate, signage suggests Table Rock Road is still public (whereas Wild Turkey is private). Local people I asked said Table Rock is open to bikes and hikers.

If you have time on your way back to the parking lot, take a left onto Fish Hatchery Ave. and go to the lake for some great views of Table Rock!
