This Diamondback just got run over by a moto. Don't see a lot of either on the trails.
Johnny Walker is a bit rocky, but the views make up for it.
There's a nice vegetated area on 10-Mile Romp. Beware of leaning your bike near a cactus. When it falls, you'll be plucking spikes from your grip!
Looking back toward Yuma at the intersection of Birdpole (in the distance in the upper right of the photo, next to doubletrack), Backyard (left edge of photo) and Johnny Walker (behind camera)
This wild ridgeline trail has a nearly impossible climb at both ends and if you slide off, you won't stop till you've reached the bottom. It is connected to the rest of the trail system only on the northeast end. I call it "Hair-raiser".
Get out and enjoy the trails at Sugarloaf Peak!
