This wild ridgeline trail has a nearly impossible climb at both ends and if you slide off, you won't stop till you've reached the bottom. It is connected to the rest of the trail system only on the northeast end. I call it "Hair-raiser".
Johnny Walker is a bit rocky, but the views make up for it.

Johnny Walker is a bit rocky, but the views make up for it.
The trail makes a Z here, crossing the wash by reversing direction then reversing again on the opposite side. Many confusing meandering trails here.
This Diamondback just got run over by a moto. Don't see a lot of either on the trails.
Get out and enjoy the trails at Sugarloaf Peak!
